2025 New Member Induction Ceremony

The Metropolitan Florida Chapter of the Drifters proudly celebrated its most sacred tradition: the New Member Induction Ceremony; a moment where legacy, leadership, and love intertwine.

This ceremony wasn’t just about recognition—it was about continuity. As candles were lit and oaths were spoken, the energy in the room reflected the Drifters' core values: service, integrity, loyalty, and love.

But this day was also about the future. The chapter strategically aligned the induction ceremony with its Annual Scholarship Awards, creating a beautiful and intentional moment of intergenerational empowerment. As new members received their pins, two exceptional high school seniors were awarded $1,000 scholarships—witnessing firsthand what leadership, purpose, and sisterhood in action look like.

This powerful alignment of celebration and service reflected the chapter’s commitment to bridging the gap, passing the torch, and cultivating legacy—ensuring that the work of today lights the path for tomorrow

Chapter Retreats

The Metropolitan Florida Chapter of the Drifters holds its Chapter Retreats as intentional spaces to pause, reflect, and refine the work ahead. The 69th Annual National Drifters Convention, hosted by the Greater Charleston Drifters, brought together chapters from across the country in a powerful display of unity, sisterhood, and service.
